Clean Energy Field Operations

CPWW will provide professionals services and field installation/replacement operations to utilities to fulfill smart meter-related requirements of their internal programs. We can provide residential and commercial services. Our primary focus is safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. We have earned a solid reputation as a provider of installation crews and warehouse material management for telecommunications and Power Utilities. From deploying cell tower crews for antenna/equipment upgrades to meter installation, upgrades, and exchanges, we provide highly trained technicians to metropolitan, suburban, and rural locations. Our capabilities include project management, field operations, meter services, and material management. We have union and non-union employees.
Qualifications
Our teams consist of technicians trained to complete accurately and safely the work order assigned. Teams can range from one to multiple technicians depending on the job. Our technicians are equipped with a set of tools and safety gear to ensure they can perform the specific job based on the work order assigned in an efficient and safe manner.
Technicians are background checked, wear appropriate PPE with the CPWW logo, and have an ID badge visibly displayed. Technicians and staff assigned to our clients have to complete all training and certifications required by our clients Safety and Operations departments and maintain them in good standing.
Field managers or Forman’s will be responsible for safety inspections and tailboard before the crew(s) are dispatched. During this time, there is a discussion of safety issues that need to be addressed based on the work order(s) for the day.
Quality Assurance and Controls are the responsibility of each technician who has completed training. Operations OA/QC managers perform on-site audits of completed jobs, work process flows, and procedures for continuous improvement, and implement best practices. Professional staff performs QA/QC on documents (internal & external to the client), project controls, and contract administration.

Material Management/Warehouse Operations

CPWW LLC has earned a solid reputation as a provider of material management and logistics management services on large-scale electrical upgrade programs and field operations for installation/upgrades. Our services are designed to help manage your materials prudently and efficiently on transmission, distribution, substation, and field installation/replacement projects. The goal is to safely manage our client’s materials program to optimize the supply chain process, positively impact the total cost of ownership (TCO), ensure on-time delivery, accurate quality work product (meter material packages), eliminate unnecessary cost, and mitigate risk.
Qualifications
We can operate at our client’s facility or provide physical space to take custody of materials. Our services range from warehousing-distribution, lay down yard, inventory control, bill of material (BOM), PO fulfillment, procurement support, excess material program, kitting (construction, line contractors, components, location, etc.), reporting (analytics, KPI, tracking, delta, material readiness/recovery, client specific-custom) and logistics services. We provide and manage material packages that cater to the unique requirements of our clients. We construct packages/kits based on the engineering specifications, bill of materials, and technical specifications of our clients. Our facilities are equipped with material handling equipment, safety procedures, QA/QC and designed to handle large transmission material, substation packages, and meters depending on the scope of work. Our material management system tracks inventory at the unit level, then by using a multicomponent numbering scheme, it can aggregate data to provide accurate detailed information to clients, manufactures, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the supply chain process. It can tell you what materials were consumed in any value-added services (package, kit, etc.), where the material is currently (in the warehouse, in transit to a job or installed), and report on the chain of custody from the time we took possession. In addition, it can provide aging data on inventory and inform clients of materials that can be repurposed for use on other projects before new materials are procured.
